These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the financing payment option (“Financing Option”) offered through a third-party financing provider. By choosing this Financing Option, in addition to all the terms and conditions of the third-party financing provider and its affiliates, on their websites, along with any digital or printed notices, policies, and agreements, you also agree to the following terms:
Eligibility
The Financing Option is available only to customers who meet the credit approval criteria established by RBC, the third-party financing provider. Applicants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction and have a valid government-issued identification.
Application Process
Applicants must complete a financing application through RBC’s website, including
providing any required personal and financial information. Approval is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party financing provider, and ComfiAire does not guarantee approval.
Terms of Financing
The financing terms, including interest rates, repayment schedule, and any applicable
fees, will be provided by the third-party financing provider upon approval of your application. Low-interest rates advertised are subject to approval and may vary based on creditworthiness and other factors determined by the third-party financing provider.
Payment Obligations
You are responsible for making all payments as agreed upon in the financing agreement
with the third-party financing provider. Late payments, missed payments, or defaulting on your financing obligations may result in additional fees, higher interest rates, and adverse impacts on your credit score, as outlined by the third-party financing provider.
Returns and Refunds
If you return a product purchased through the Financing Option, refunds will be processed in accordance with ComfiAire’s return policy. Refunds will first be applied to any outstanding balance with the third-party financing provider before being issued to you.
Limitations and Restrictions
The Financing Option is available only for purchases made directly through ComfiAire
and cannot be combined with other payment options. Promotional financing rates or offers may be limited to specific products or timeframes as determined by ComfiAire or the third party financing provider.
Third-Party Financing Provider
The Financing Option is offered in partnership with payplan by Royal Bank Canada
(RBC), a third-party financing provider. ComfiAire is not responsible for the terms of your financing agreement or any disputes arising from your agreement with the third-party financing provider. Any questions or concerns regarding your financing agreement should be directed to the third-party financing provider.
Modification or Termination
ComfiAire reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Financing Option at any time
without prior notice. Changes to the Financing Option will not affect agreements already in place between you and the third-party financing provider.
Disputes
Any disputes arising from your financing agreement must be resolved directly with the
third-party financing provider in accordance with their terms and conditions. ComfiAire
shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues related to the financing agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By opting for the Financing Option, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agreed to these terms and conditions, as well as the terms provided by the third-party financing provider.

REBATES
Subject to applicable government programs, rebates may be available to qualified
residents for eligible products purchased directly from ComfiAire and installed by licensed and qualified HVAC professionals during the specified program period in select regions.
ComfiAire is not liable for technical difficulties, postal delays, or any other circumstances beyond its control that may impact the submission or processing of Rebate claims.
